LG Refrigerator Runs Constantly
Refrigerator Runs Constantly is usually one of a small number of specific, repairable causes — here's what to check and when it's worth calling a professional.
Common Causes
Elevation, in almost every direction
Less oxygen for combustion, less air mass over a condenser and a boiling point near 202°F all change what a symptom means here.
A specific failed component rather than the whole unit
Most single-symptom issues trace back to one part, not a systemic failure.
Wear on parts that see the most daily use
Moving parts and seals typically fail before electronic or structural components.
