Sub-Zero Maintenance Plans in Denver

Regular preventive maintenance catches small issues before they become expensive repairs.

Why Preventive Maintenance Matters

Luxury refrigeration and cooking appliances are built to last, but they last longest with regular attention. A condenser coil cleaned every 6–12 months, a door gasket checked before it dries out, an ice maker line flushed before a filter clogs — these small things are what actually prevent the calls we get most often: warm refrigerators, failed compressors, and water damage from a slow leak nobody noticed.

What's Included in a Maintenance Visit

Condenser coil cleaning
Door and drawer gasket inspection
Water filter and ice maker line check
Temperature calibration verification
Fan motor and defrost system inspection
A written summary of anything worth monitoring

What a Maintenance Visit Costs

Priced by how much of the kitchen we go through, not by the hour. Every tier covers the full checklist above on each appliance included, and anything we find is quoted separately before we touch it — a maintenance visit never turns into a repair bill you did not agree to.

Single appliance
$250

One built-in unit — typically the refrigerator or a wine column. The most common visit, and the one that prevents the most expensive failure.

Most booked
Two appliances
$340

Refrigeration plus one cooking appliance. Includes a high-altitude jetting check on any gas burner, which is worth doing on anything that arrived from out of state.

Full kitchen
$450

Up to four built-ins in one visit — refrigeration, range or cooktop, dishwasher, and a wine or beverage unit. Cheapest per appliance by a distance.

Annual and twice-yearly schedules are available at the same per-visit price, and existing plan customers move to the front of the queue when something does go wrong. Mountain addresses above 7,000 ft are the same price; we may just need a wider scheduling window in winter.
